Option A
Monthly Fee: $75
Transaction Fees: $300 for sales price of less than $200,000 for each transaction side. $620 for sales price above $200,000, for each transaction side. Additional fee of $500 for sales price over $1 Million and $500 for each Million thereafter.
Transaction fees cap annually after $12,000 paid to HomeSmart Stars in transaction fees.
Commercial Transaction Fees: 10% of gross commission (Minimum $620)

Option B
New Licensees
Monthly Fee: $75
Transaction Fees: $620 transaction fee and 70/30 split on first 3 transactions for new licensees. (70% to Agent, 30% to HS Stars/Mentor).
Commercial Transaction Fees: 10% of gross commission (Minimum $620)

Option C
Teams
Monthly Fee for Team Leader: $99
Monthly Fee for Team Members: $49 each team member
Transaction Fees: $620 for each transaction side completed by the team leader and team member, or $300 for sales price less than $200,000. Additional fee of $500 for sales price over $1 Million and $500 for each Million thereafter.
Team Leader Transaction Fee is capped at $12,000 and Team Member Transaction Fee is capped at $5000 annually.
Cap of Team is $12,000 plus $5000 for each Team Member.
Team Leaders and Team Members (Team = Team Leader + 2 or more Team Members)
Commercial Transaction Fees: 10% of gross commission (Minimum $620)

Monthly Fee: $25 Monthly Fee Option
Transaction Fees: 90/10 split on all transactions. (90% to Agent, 10% to HS Stars). Minimum of $800 for each transaction side. Additional fee of $500 for sales price over $1 Million and $500 for each Million thereafter. No cap on Option D.
Commercial Transaction Fees: 10% of gross commission (Minimum $800)
